John recently announced on social media that he has joined Aprilia as their brand ambassador and is also acquiring his new Aprilia RS 457. The actor posted an image with his new bike, captioned, “Motorcycling is my religion. It is my way of life. Thrilled to announce that I’m joining the Aprilia Racing Squad and equally thrilled to welcome the RS 457 to my garage, right next to my iconic RSV4.”

We all know that John Abraham has an impressive collection of expensive superbikes and sports bikes. The recently acquired RS457 is probably the most affordable among them. The motorcycle was first launched in December last year, and deliveries have recently begun. A customer from Hyderabad was likely the first to take home this entry-level sports bike from Aprilia.

The design of the RS 457 is inspired by its elder sibling, the RS660. It is the most affordable sports bike from Aprilia in India, priced at Rs 4.10 lakh, ex-showroom. The bike features a 41 mm USD fork at the front and a monoshock at the rear, both preload-adjustable. It also has a 320 mm disc at the front and a 220 mm disc at the rear.

The motorcycle comes with three riding modes, three levels of switchable traction control, dual-channel ABS, and many more features. The Aprilia RS457 competes with motorcycles like the KTM RC390 and the Kawasaki Ninja 400 in its segment.

The Aprilia RS 457 is powered by a 457cc, parallel-twin-cylinder engine that generates 47 Bhp and 48 Nm of peak torque, mated to a 6-speed gearbox.

Aprilia RSV4 RF

John Abraham mentioned in the post that he already owns an Aprilia RSV4 RF superbike, which costs around Rs 25 lakh, ex-showroom. The bike is powered by a 1,078cc, 4-cylinder engine that generates 195 Bhp and 115 Nm of peak torque. It is a limited edition, hardcore track version of the RS V4 RR motorcycle. John’s bike comes with an SC-Project exhaust, which is extremely loud.

Suzuki Hayabusa

John bought the current-generation Hayabusa soon after its launch. He has owned previous-generation models in the past. The Hayabusa is powered by a 1,340cc, in-line four-cylinder engine. This liquid-cooled engine produces a maximum power of 190 PS and a peak torque of 150 Nm.

Yamaha V-Max 60th Anniversary

One of his favorite bikes, the Yamaha V-Max 60th Anniversary edition is powered by a 1.7-liter V4 engine that generates 200 PS and 169 Nm. This is not the regular V-Max but the 60th anniversary edition, which comes with black and yellow livery.

In addition to these, the actor also owns bikes like the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-14R, Honda CBR 1000RR, Yamaha YZF R1, Ducati Panigale V4, and many more.

John Abraham also owns a couple of SUVs and sports cars. In an interview, he revealed that the first car he bought with his own money was a Tata Sierra. He also rode the safety bike, a BMW M1000 RR superbike, at the Buddh International Circuit (BIC) during the Moto GP.
