First, you want to combine yellow and orange and paint the paper plate, then draw little half circles around the plate, then a snout and small freckles. Then put on googly eyes.

Lastly, cut the top of the paper plate so you have ears, then cut out two black half circles and glue them to the the spots for the ears.
